An exciting opportunity has risen with a global leader in Biotechnology. With operations in over 30 counties and leading edge research in Oncology there is huge potential for career development and growth. They are now looking to recruit a field based Clinical Research Associate based in the North West of England.
Role
• Assistance with site evaluation and initiation
• Supporting the preparation of the relevant documentation prior to site initiation
• Study monitoring in line with ICH GCP and Amgen SOP’s including verification of source documentation and reporting of adverse events
• Continuous development of relevant therapeutic area knowledge
• Study site close out
• Preparation of timely reports detailing study site activities
• The role will include travel to UK investigator sites, and possibly occasional European travel.
Essential Attributes and Experience
The candidate will have a life science degree or nursing qualification and will be able to demonstrate:-
• 6 months CRA experience in a drug development/healthcare environment
• well developed interpersonal and communication skills [written and verbal]
• working knowledge of ICH GCP
• proven ability to plan and organise work effectively
• ability to work both independently and in a team
• a proactive approach to study conduct and in effecting process change
